Transform My Space

Tell us about the space.

A consultation begins with the property, not with a price list. Answer what you can — the rest comes out of the site visit.

Step fourA written brief and scope
Before You Write

Four things worth knowing.

  • We will not quote from this form. Any number produced without seeing the property would be invented. This starts a conversation, not a proposal.
  • We may say no. If the work is outside what we do well, or the budget will not deliver the brief, we will tell you rather than take the job and disappoint you.
  • Distance is normal. Many of our residential clients live outside Ghana. Say where you are and we will structure the project so you can approve it remotely.
  • Nothing here commits you. The consultation establishes whether there is a project and whether we are the right people for it. Both of us should be free to decide no.

If you are outside Ghana, tell us your time zone.
2 The space
3 The work
We ask about scale rather than a figure. It tells us how to help without asking you to guess at a number.

4 Anything else
Photographs help enormously. Attach them to the email this form opens.

This opens your email client with the details formatted. Attach photographs before sending.

[VERIFY] form delivery This form composes an email rather than posting to a server, because the site is statically hosted. Connect a form endpoint and CRM routing before launch, and publish a privacy policy.

What Happens Next

Three steps, no sales process.

01 — We respond

A person reads what you sent and replies directly, with a straight view of whether this is work we can do well. If it is not, we say so.

02 — We visit

A site consultation and measured survey. We look at what is actually there — structure, services, levels, light — and talk through how the space needs to work.

03 — You get it in writing

A written brief and scope, an honest feasibility view, and a clear statement of anything requiring licensed professional input before design begins.

Questions

Before you send it.

What happens after I send this?

We read it properly and respond to you directly. If it looks like a project we can serve well, we propose a site consultation. If it does not, we say so and, where we can, point you somewhere more useful. You will not be added to a mailing list or passed to a salesperson.

How much detail do you need right now?

Less than you think. The property, roughly what you want to change, the timing that matters and an honest indication of scale is enough. Everything precise comes out of the survey.

I do not know my budget. Is that a problem?

No, and saying so is more useful than inventing a number. Choose the option that describes the scale of the work rather than a figure, and we will tell you at consultation what that kind of work generally involves.

Do you take small projects?

Yes — a single room, one bespoke piece, one terrace. What we will not do is take a project we cannot deliver to the standard the rest of this site describes, and we will tell you if that is the case.

I am not in Ghana. Can we still start?

Yes. A large share of our residential enquiries come from owners living abroad. We can survey the property, report remotely, and structure decisions so they can be approved from anywhere. Tell us where you are and we will work to your time zone.

Is my information kept private?

Enquiry details are used to respond to your enquiry. This site is statically hosted and the form opens your own email client rather than posting to a database. A full privacy policy is to be published before launch. [VERIFY]
